CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT*

I understand that, by participating with [Kesher Networks as a Shadchan] I will be exposed to, and participate in discussions that include, Confidential Information regarding other participants. “Confidential Information” includes, but is not limited to demographic and medical information regarding other participants.
I understand that as a participant with Kesher Networks, I have an obligation and duty to protect the confidentiality of the Confidential Information. This means, among other things, that I cannot: (a) discuss the Confidential Information with other individuals or (b) use the Confidential Information for any purpose except participation in the shidduch process.
I understand that if I become aware that the Confidential Information has been used or disclosed inappropriately, I will inform Kesher Networks.
I acknowledge and agree that I will protect and maintain the confidentiality of the Confidential Information and shall refrain from disclosing Confidential Information to any third party, except as required by law or permitted by this Confidentiality Agreement.
I understand that failure to comply with this Confidentiality Agreement may result in my termination from Kesher Networks.
